Adrian was very polite and helped me with late check in as my plane was delayed 3 hours, he gave the key to my friend on the day.

Very poor standard of cleaning: Kitchen bugs ( plenty of them, I killed some and took pictures) The bath tub looked used, with a lot of long black hair everywhere and dirty walls. No WiFi password nowhere to be found even if it says in the advert "free WiFi " The bedding looked used.I am not sure if they were changed or not before we came. dirty mugs, greassy glasses and a burned, dirty pot. a very dirty sponge used for dishes A dirty, thorn hand towel (looks few months old) Dirty, very old body towels- looked like someone else used them and they were just dried in the sun but stained, few marks and odd smell No toiletries ( apart from 3 very small, cheap samples of shampoo impossible to use as they smell like petrol) The mattwas very uncomfortable , with a "lower" part in the middle. Careless care taker. It is my understanding that this property is clean and managed by a next door neighbour of the owner. My friend delivered 2 hot and expensive Starbucks breakfast and coffees at 11am to this person asking her to leave it to my door or ring at my door. The breakfast was given to me at 9 pm, after more than 10 hours, cold and disgusting !!! Needless to say anything else. If I would be the owner of this place I would really look for someone to clean this place as that lady is really ruining his business! Yes, I would normally refuse to sleep in such a place but I was exhausted after a 23 hours long trip.

Good location. Nice and helpful neighbors. Clean. Lots of shops near by. A vacuum cleaner, washing machine and iron are always appreciated.

A broom would have helped. Some finishing still to do in the apartment. Air conditioning would really help during the summer months. A few more pots would have helped. There is a expresso machine but no pods were available.

This place is a great value, really comfortable for this price. Far from city center but close to the subway so that was not an issue. For such a large housing project the neighborhood was rather quiet. There are all the amenities you'll need for a longer stay, including a washing machine which we really appreciated.

There's a desk that could be used for work but it was far from any power outlet - an extension cord would be helpful.
