I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. When I first checked in, I was given a room that was clearly used and not properly cleaned. The pillows didn’t have pillowcases, the mattress had no sheet on it, and there were many strands of hair on the bed – absolutely unacceptable hygiene conditions. After I requested a room change, the second room was slightly better, but still not up to standard. There was a used makeup sponge left under the bathroom sink, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the hotel does not give the impression that proper cleaning procedures are followed. I would not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

The hotel looks quite new, swimming pool, size of the room and balcony is ok, AC works well, restaurant is good

Breakfast was nothing special - they provided plastic cups instead of glasses and there were not many food options, water pressure in the shower was wery low and the temperature either hot or cold with nothing between, shower door completely missing, mosquito net in the balcony door falling out, the furniture is quite damaged, the rooms is supposed to get cleaned daily but in reality they only give you fresh towels, they do not provide beach towels, the location is not very nice, opening hours for pool etc differ here on booking vs in the hotel

The shower and the floor was not clean. If you want to keep the 4 star, I think is better to have all this thing in order.
