"A charming very noisy hotel"

Ansolutely charming but absolutely noisy hotel in the old town. This boutique hotel is extremely well decorated and the furniture old style is just perfect! Two bad points are the noise around the hôtel and the breakfast very bad. The bread is industrial… kindness of the staff can help to forgive these two bad points.

"Elegance and spotless charm"

The most elegant, comfortable, and traveler friendly hotel we have visited in Chiang Mai. After spending the night in a boutique hotel along the old city gates and moat, we were road weary and tired of the road noise. All of the amenities you'd like (as long as you don't expect a bar...there's none, and that was fine with us), including a pool, formal library, exercise room, collectors art, trinkets for sale, sitting areas galore, fountains, and super quiet grounds, all within steps of the old city moat. The staff is highly professional and fun. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms are clean and large with great balconies, and the breakfasts are superb. Stay here if you have the chance.

"I don’t recommend for people who come with special purpose like birthday, honeymoon, wedding proposal etc."

The building maintained very well and clean. It is quiet. Massage shop just right around the corner.

Breakfast is boring and disappointing as you can see from the pic. You can’t bring the breakfast to room even you can bring/return yourself.

"Must Stay Here"

One of the most beautifully designed and unique hotels we stayed in during our trip. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and you feel like you are in the Old City but with modern amenities. The room was large are had a nice balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect for visiting temples and touring Chiang Mai.
