Villa Klang Wiang

Great staff and immaculately clean! Made to order breakfast was first rate and the staff was phenomenal. The pool was very refreshing in the heat. Rooms were well appointed and the whole place was quiet with a nice zen vibe.

The construction around the pool area was loud at times but this will end around 3/11/24. Bed was comfortable but a bit on the firm side.

The hotel and its rooms are beautifully decorated, also the restaurant (breakfast room). The hotel also has a large library room and a well maintained swimming pool. The location is close to the city center, yet rather calm. The breakfast offers a choice between various western and Thai meals. The choice has to be made the evening before; this has the benefit to reduce food waste - we liked this idea a lot.

The hotel personnel could improve the service for their customers by offering some cocktails in the evening (to be paid for)

Great location in the old town, great breakfast each day, room was big, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and prepped breakfast for us ahead of our day trip which left at 7. Overall very happy.

Nothing really everything we well

The hotel is without a soul. You hardly see welcoming face at reception. You see almost nobody. (Besides the front gate guy) Drinks at the pool? Forget it! You hear NO more than yes we can arrange this or that.. Hotels are not just the buildings with beds, hotels are about HOSPITALITY! That is what makes the difference
