Rumaisa Hotel

I did not like the location - it was far from all the main attractions and in the middle of the “rural city”. Not what you would expect to find for this price range. I would honestly rather stay in a backpackers in the city than pay this much extra for a hotel.

Cold water no tv in rooms no verandah no lifts .it was horrible 😢

CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE, STAFF GOOD YUNUS IS THE BEST MANAGER. HE WILL COMMUNICATE FROM DAY 1 TO THE LAST DAY OF YOUR STAY,

WE KNOW YOU ARE HALLAL BUT PLEASE, LET'S HAVE A SIMPLE ENGLISH BREAKFAST, ROOMS TO HAVE A WORKING SATELITE CONNECTION

The location was perfect, in stone town, near to the ferry station & the markets

The rooms were too small There was a small in the bathroom

Room is Clean

No one to carry your bags to the room, when you take a room on first or second floor, you need to take your bags yourself through the stairs, breakfast is very poor and the restaurant is not clean, toilet bathroom light was not working at room 205

In the city center, the staff try to do their best to keep rooms clean

Noise from street,water from AC drops allover the night on the shinko roof sheet made a noise, poor breakfast

Polite staff Clean rooms Ac worked properly Comfortable bed Walking distance to the Stown Town Value for money and suggested for solo travelers and short stays.

Nice clean peacefull location in a less touristy part of the city with a nice sea view on the local harbour with small vishing vessels.

Because of the more remote location the last part of the road is a bit dark for a standard tourist
