Rumaisa Hotel

Kidness of staff, breakfast was nice but need to add more delicious. The service was very good and i like it. I am planing ti be back at rumaisa hotel 🏨 next time

Very convenient hotel with a good location and reasonable prices. The room is big and nice, the bathroom is perfect and the staff clean and change bedding every day!

The room was clean and a good sized balcony.

The staff were not that friendly atall. Plus the breakfast was not filling especially to a child.

10mins walk to forodhani market.

The surrounding area that houses many containers, though there weren’t any moving trucks.

Everything is not far away to the property, I mean if you need food to eat is a walking distance to get variety of food to eat and alcohol to drink

The Sewage pipes and their shower isn’t taking out hot water

Its in the central Very clean and good to host groups

No bar fridge other rooms

The location is convenient for activities within the city. The staff were friendly. The hot water tank worked though for a big family the water would get cold before you’re all done. The room was big enough.

The beddings and towel did not have a properly washed scent and looked stained. The rooms smelt of dust most likely from the curtains. The breakfast consisted of a handful of things and not a variety (bread, pancake/chapati, salad, pineapple chunks, Rosella juice, tea, eggs). The sink to wash your hands was located outside. The dishes were not properly washed up and the food area smelt of dust from the unwashed tablecloths. The powdered milk was getting refilled only quarterly. There was maintenance getting done involving drilling past 10pm which was very inconvenient especially with small kids.

The facility is sub-par for the room rate charged
