"I would re-visit plus encourage those to visit who are looking for peaceful forest retreat."

I liked the extra touches of personal luxury such as the cosy bathrobe available to relax in and the luxurious winter bedding which was perfect for a cold stormy night. there was an abundance of wood for the indoor fireplace.

The installation of a gas geyser is recommended for excessive power cuts due to storms and Eskom. A Hot shower would have been the perfect end to a cold wet day. The provision of fire-lighters would be great with the wood, for less experienced fire starters.

"It was one of the best places I've stayed at in a long time. It's secluded, cosy and private."

The breakfast was wonderful, really good value for the price. The place is easy to find and well signposted. The chalets are neat and cosy, with all the necessary appliances. I loved the fact that there was no TV.

The chalet was dusty and we encountered cockroaches, unfortunately. We hope that we did not carry any home.

Everything, the place was stunning, location beautiful, host exceptional. Absolutely nothing to moan about, will be back definitely. Awesome experience and worth every cent.

Cannot say there was anything. Wifi signal weak, but we in the bush that is what is expected and should not be on phones, suppose to relax and enjoy the Company and surroundings

Very cosy cottage, log fire stove and comfy living space. The farm shop on site was amazing a great place for children to play and let off steam. The host was very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our short stay.

"A bucket list experience. Loved it!"

It was the small touches added to the "treehouse" accommodation that I loved. The heated towel rail, bottle of wine (that we didnt make use of) but what a superb welcome. Sufficient tea and coffee, the comfy outdoor patio furniture. It was a lovely experience to be amongst the trees. The farm is a delightful place with springbuck, donkeys, horses, black swans roaming around . The workshops where obviously the owner loves tinkering and rebuilding vintage cars was a pleasure to see. All in all a fabulous experience :)

Accessibility onto the property after hours was our only challenge. Fortunately I phoned and they were waiting for us. We had used the wrong entrance gate.
