"The place was well located and there was an easy movement using Uber."

The size and the location, as well as the cleanliness.

The light that comes through the main bedroom window at night, as well as the sun that comes through the window early morning. The main bedroom needs thick dark curtains in order to prevent street lights and sun.

The plant in the corner is dead, it need a good fumigation as it was clean, but not really clean. The floors could do with a proper soap wash.
