Well equipped unit, Centrally located, Parking bay 👍;

At times the street vagrants were a bit noisy

I loved everything about this property the interior is beautiful the pictures don’t do the property justice.

The location.

The apartment in itself is pretty good - spacious, pretty, well lit and clean.

The location could be better, as its located about a 15 minute walk from any central street, and there are a bunch of motodrivers constantly hanging out at the front of the building, as well as some homeless people near by as its next to a bridge. also, the main room needs improvement when it comes to noise reduction and light - I couldn’t sleep with it being so light outside with streets lights and noises.

The noise, the smell..

The apartment was located in close proximity to many of the sights we’d planned to see. Gardens Shopping Centre was also within walking distance and that allowed us to stock up on supplies pretty easily. The apartment was very clean with clear views of Table Mountain all around.

It is located centrally, and it is easier for you to get to different destinations on time

I was charged for clean linen and cleaning fees and my linen and towels were never changed and nobody came to clean the place during our stay, can I please be refunded the cleaning fee and clean linen fee
