"Short and sweet."

It was all about the customer service. I was losing my mind bringing all my mom’s stuff from Az to Ky. We pulled in late/early. Tired, did my res wrong. It was no problem. She fixed it. Nice and awesome service. Even at 5am…

It’s just old.. no biggie. Clean. Shower. Place for the kitties. It’s what we needed to sleep and shower.

"A long night."

Bed was good.

The air conditioner/fan put out a bad odor. We tried different ways to reduce the bad smell and finally turned off the air conditioner, and later in the evening opened the window. A lot of noise front next door Loves, but better the noise than the odor. Also, the room had lots of black flies in it.

Alma at the front desk was very helpful. She gave me the room that suited my needs and changed out my towels at my request within ten minutes! She also instructed me as to how to operate the HVAC unit. Everything was clean and worked well. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in the Oklahoma Panhandle!

Few other choices in Boise City.

The rooms we would have preferred did not have good internet WiFi. Had to go to different rooms that did have good internet.
