Location is not clear we got lost. Wifi they switch it off at 9pm Dirty swimming pools Water was cold in the morning Other guests were making noise and singing until 3am Bathroom door was broken No one to assist at reception at night.....number on their website just rings and no one answers...the answering machine just says "you know what to do"...SO unprofessional Someone was dancing on top on the roof where I was sleeping

"The service and room was terrible."

The bathroom was not clean and it had an unpleasant smell. There were broken cupboard doors. The staff was not available for providing service, they were not professional. The AC was not working. There were mosquitos. Breakfast was terrible

The Worst iv ever been to. Had to beg to be assisted. The pool looked like a swamp …very dirty after we asked if it was clean. Very disappointed!!

The outside of the place, Pool, the Jaques and the cool nature air. Staff friendly They offer free massage for us

No house keeping while we were there No alternative for electricity, we stay in the dark with cold water for bathing We used same towels for the whole of our stay Broken closet, we kept our clothes in our bags Mosquitoes

The staff was very friendly,especially sis Thembi she's was such a sweetheart, provided us with everything that we asked for. The room was well put together and clean

The only disappointing thing is that the room did not have a shower gel/bath soap as we expected, otherwise everything else was great
