The room did not have cups nor glasses. The mirror was in an odd place in the bathroom and difficult to use for make-up. The mirrors position wasnt very great and there isnt rally a plug to use for hair drying. The shower had no place to put toiletries and the basin tap's water-flow was very faint and the tap was too short. Difficult to was hands and brush teeth. One bedlamp had no bulb in and the staff were ok, however weren't present when we left. Breakfast was OK...not great.

The place it's self it's nice but the service is very poor

The service and maintenance is very poor the jacuzi was very dirty there's no receptionist

The staff was so friendly,they go all out to make you feel at home away from our home. They borrowed us the main kitchen to cook our food. We forgot to buy charcoal and they went to buy it for us. They allow us to even play our own music. We really enjoyed our stay at Mixo. Massage was more than excellent I even fell asleep.

We couldn't use the pool because it was not clean. The bath In the bathroom couldn't hold water because it has holes.

The staff were very accommodative and super friendly. Also, very quick to assist whenever needed. The breakfast was nothing fancy but I liked the variety of drinks (tea, coffee or juice - all 3 were served at our table)

The location was misleading - not accurate at all (as per Google Maps). Also I was given a room that I did not prefer but it was spacious and the view was great. I still would've preferred a room suitable for couples and not the big family room. The bathtub couldn't hold water (somehow the water kept draining on its own) and the water from the shower did not come out at all. The staff however provided an alternative room so we could shower and for that reason the staff were lienent with the check out time.

The food was devine(dinner and breakfast).Prepared by David. Who was one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met in a while. Whatever we asked for he was willing to assist.

There was not wifi as advertised. But it was not a major.
