The best balcony in Oia. Privacy, clean and very kind people. My girlfriend was fascinated for this surprise! Ideal for a romantic stay!

It was spacious. Incredible views. It was clean. Paz was very helpful and accommodating.

We found Yannis unhelpful and did not communicate with us during our stay. After asking specific questions we found him unhelpful and evasive. Our initial contact with him was not pleasant. A few items in the villa did not have any power, specifically the dishwasher - which we were told “it was only for housekeeping”; an electric window - which we were told “you don’t need it”; the Hammam (sauna) which we asked about and were never given instructions for. Our transfer left us in an area in which Yannis was to meet us. We waited there in the hot sun after calling him, in which he casually came down and stood there. We were tired and hot and needed to get to the villa to rest. He appeared uncaring and boarded on rude.

The view was magic and Yiannis so kind host! In the heart of the sunset! Looking forward to visit again!

Awaited long for keeping luggage as we arrived earlier for 2 hrs in sunlight No help for transfer of luggages Pathetic air conditioning - could not able to sleep for 2 nights literally due to hot climate and non functioning AC The balconies were wet, constantly leaking water on the floor.

The villa looks like in reality just as it does in the pictures, it's amazing. It is located in a very favourable position, right next to the restaurant called Santorini Sunsets, which is one of the best choices if one would like to watch the sunset while having dinner. And the view is simply breathtaking. :)

The location was in the heart of Oia and the view was excellent

The property had water pressure issues and wasn't cleaned- bad stench in the bathrooms and hammam downstairs. After reporting these issues via pictures/videos to the property manager, he got housekeeping to clean up but there was no water again in the bathroom upstairs; attached to the room with the view/jacuzzi for two out of three days. On the final day, before checking out, the issue seemed to have been fixed after repeated reminders. There were seepage problems as well, water was dripping into the living space. It was disappointing to have such low quality service and standards for an accommodation charging an extravagant amount during peak season! They offered a pre-packed breakfast for one day and gave us false promises for reservations in other properties. Very disappointed!
