Home was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed it. It was exactly what we needed. Only thing is that for us the mattresses were very hard and not comfortable. 100% would still recommend it. Thank you.

Spacious, new and ordered.

Lack of cleaning items, no dishwashing liquid (not everything goes in a dishwasher and we don't always have enough to load a dishwasher and prefer washing by hand) No spray and wipe etc to wipe down and clean benchtops, bathroom etc. I always like to give everything a wipe over (especially bathroom and kitchen) and without either dishwashing liquid or spray and wipe this couldn't be achieved as I would like. Pillows - either hard as concerete or flat as a pancake, perhaps reassessing these would be good.
