Clean and comfortable.

The front garden makes the place look derelict 🥺

Nice place plenty of facility’s

2nd bathroom with shower suitable for elderly person. House was clean with adequate facilities and in handy location for our stay. A problem with the front door lock was addressed promptly.

Steep driveway, making it hard for elderly person to get in and out of car and unloading luggage. I found the list of house rules over the top, but understand all the rules might be necessary for some other groups.

This is a beautifully renovated house with plenty of space and excellent furnishings, an amazing kitchen and excellent bathroom facilities. The lounge area was exactly what we needed with plenty of room to collapse with Netflix after a busy day exploring Canberra. The owners were also very responsive to any questions that we had.

More kitchen supplies would make feel more like a home away from home, things like a mixing jug, a better selection of crockery, cups/plates suitable for kids.

Maybe just a couple of extra blankets for colder nights

The living space is spacious, pleasant and modern, with comfortable couches, a great TV with built-in ChromeCast and Netflix, large dining table, good-sized kitchen and desk nook. It was an enjoyable place to stay and was conveniently located near a major shopping centre and Tuggeranong Parkway. The laundry facilities were very good. Check-in process was smooth. Wi-Fi worked. Would definitely be happy to stay there again.

The property is located quite close to Hindmarsh Drive so the main bedroom became a bit noisy from early in the morning, though it was somewhat better with the ensuite door shut and the other bedrooms, which are on the other side of the house, don't seem to have the same problem. The bed in the main bedroom was a bit too firm for us.
