It was in a HORRIBLE location! The location was disgusting. Trash everywhere, homeless people all over the place. I didn’t feel safe & wasn’t going to keep my family in this place. I contacted the property manager & she was rude when I was being very respectful & she refused me a refund after I explained I was with my family & my very expensive dogs.

The neighborhood was very questionable

We didn’t like it at all.

We didn’t like the area and the house was not modern. The outside cushions were badly stained and the inside was cheap and not well cared about. The area was horrible. We decided not even stay for one night as we didn’t feel safe.

The location was perfect for preparing to go on a cruise out of Tampa. The cruise parking was just minutes away. The property itself was great for us, plenty of room for our group size.

The fire pit has fallen apart so we opted not to use that area. The third bedroom door handle did fall off of the door (I do have some handyman experience so that was a simple fix), and the one bathroom can pose a problem especially with the really slow flow toilet. (Once flushed at least 5 to 8 minutes before you can flush again).

Some areas in the property needs repair. (Ceiling and bathtub)
