"The property needs top notch cleaning attention which will take the home to the next level."

Modern decor with a historic feel. Amenities of spacious backyard and BBQ grill made our stay next level.

Sofa bed when pulled out covered in animal feces that resembled rat and live maggots.

"Great house for a few friends"

Location was great for us. We went out in Ybor and went to the Buccaneers game the next day.

Fire alarm was picking up neighbors bbq. Host resolved it remotely right away Thanks

"It was a decent home. But it does seem cheaply put together."

The interior designing was very nice and modern. Can tell they put in effort for an esthetic.

The place did smell like mildew. There is mold growing behind outlets. They place is nice but you can tell it’s cheaply put together. Also the shower had a weird slime thing on the floor with a lot of bugs. The place did feel also a bit humid.

the house is lovely, nice decor and layout. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked for making a meal. Everything seemed super clean and smelled nice :-)

The house is old and while much has been renovated, the laminated floor was buckling in one of the bedrooms and paint came off the shower when my husband used it. and need more electrical plugs in bedrooms.

"IT WAS OKAY"

THE AREA. DIDNT REALIZED WHERE THE HOUS WAS LOCATED. KINDA SCARY. THE FLOORING WAS LOPSIDED TOO. SOME OF THE FLOORS IN THE MAIN HALL HAD CRACKS ALREADY. WE SAW ANTS IN THE KITCHEN SINK & HAD BAD ODOR. ANTS IN THE BATH TUB.

I like the lock system that is used. The place was Very clean. The house is furnished in a fresh and modern way. Really nice interior. The rooms look nice. The backyard is a wonderful hangout spot. It was really nice that beach towels and chairs were provided as well.

The fact that there is only one bathroom. I don’t think it’s advertised in the listing as only having one bathroom. So for groups of adult friends traveling together it’s not the most ideal. Also there is no ventilation in the bathroom so it gets hot really quickly. When we arrived some of the windows were open which could potentially be a safety concern given the area. A little more laundry detergent would have been nice to have as well. One of the rooms didn’t have a TV even though we didn’t really watch TV. Mainly just little things that would enhance the overall stay.
