Very clean and attractive. Patio was great. Kitchen delightful!

Furniture uncomfortable. TV’s to hard to work, never could get guide channels to work (instructions needed). Bathmat & grab bars needed. Better bath plug should be installed. Bedroom fan switches should be replaced so that both light snd fan can be operated independently.

The house has been updated and is great place for a stay...easy access to I 275, I 4 or Historic Ybor City .

The neighborhood is being restored and not all the streets have been updated . the property is several blocks north of historic Ybor City separated by I 4
