Spotless. Fantastic location and walkable to all entertainment. A few metres to the private access to the beach. Welcome pack on arrival including fruit, bread, butter and fruit juice. Had a fantastic stay.

The property was too small. It was just about manageable for 2 people, 4 would have been impossible.

Location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and also the amusements and Brean theme park, fully kitted out kitchen and bedrooms and bathroom were all good sizes, connected TV with all the streaming services, in all in a very nice holiday home. Parking space right outside was very convenient too

Double bed a little on the small side, floor could get a bit sandy but dustpan and brush are provided.

The apartment had everything we needed. The items like bread and milk that were left for us on arrival were a lovely touch. Plus the fact Ian checked on us that everything was ok was great. Would highly recommend and will definitely use the apartment again

Everything you would need, clean & in great repair a lovely flat very comfortable and quiet. Also very secure great beach access my dog & family had a fabulous time thank you
