Ground floor 2 bed apartment in central location with private access to 7 miles of sandy beach (sleeps 4)

Close to the beach. The Host was there if we needed anything

Could do with a bigger sofa as there was only enough sofa for 2 adults.

The host Ian communicated very well with us and left extras to welcome us. We love the location as close to everything. Very comfortable and has all you need for your stay.

Lovely apartment had everything we needed and more with a welcome package too, Ian was very nice messaged daily to check everything was ok, would definitely stay again and already planning our next visit.

Lovely apartment, quite small but perfectly formed. The place was immaculately clean yet homely. Comfy beds and sofa. Lovely shower. A 2 -5 min walk (depending on walking ability) to huge beach, via private walkway. Apartment is in a nice and quiet area but only a couple of mins from amusement arcade, funfair and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, soft play etc. Great chip shop and tasty Indian restaurant two minutes walk away, We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to staying again. The hosts Ian and Sarah were incredibly helpful. They were easily contactable and I want to thank them very much for helping make our stay so enjoyable. There was a fab surprise treat of milk, OJ, and a fresh loaf of bread, butter and apples.waiting when we arrived. If you're thinking of going to Brean for a holiday then this apartment is perfect for up to 4 adults or like us, two adults and two children. Oh and pet friendly, even has a raised dog bowl!. We stay at apartments or houses quite often and this is the best value place we've stayed. Absolutely Brilliant.

Great location. Well equipped . Compact but had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.

No breakfast provided but an excellent welcome food and juice package. The location is ideal with private access to the beach and very local to shops and restaurants.
