Nothing, they did not even allow me to checkin

I was not allowed to checkin to the property when I reached at 11pm. They said they have some rule of not allowing people beyond evening and they denied entry. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking.com portal while booking. My entire money is lost and I was stranded. I complained multiple times on bookings website but of no use.

No kettle or flask ,b, no hot water for drinking , steet lights not working properly

Just the place

No maintenance and the hotel food was horrible, food poisoning happened, we weren't able to sleep because we were puking whole night.
