Actually the heater wasn't working and the room service was not up to the mark

Food was not good

it was amazing to stay on nandi hills and wake up at sunrise to see the source of the palar river. there are so many trees around, making it a beautiful place to spend time. staff were good. nice to watch the monkeys and puppies playing. our stay was short but the room and bathroom seemed clean.

the food wasnt amazing but the snack restaurant below the main one had decent dosas. i would say its quite expensive..although just about worth it to stay up on the hill.

Location was the only thing. Wonderfully located.

Plenty. Nothing to be honest. Poorly maintained rooms. Table was broken. Apart from one towel, there was nothing in the room. Tea cups.looked dirty and chipped at various places. I held the cup handle to clean the cup. The handle remained with me but the rest of the cup dropped on the floor. The sofas were possibly not cleaned for decades. Ordinary food. Total lack of coordination among staff members. Zero service. Please remove them from your.list of hotels. You are doing a disservice to your clients.
