Location is excellent. Facilities are good and accessible. Pleasant for outdoor activities.

Rooms are dampened, bad odours which you can’t stay inside the room. Lots of dust under the tables and cot. Beds are also used and not cleaned. Staying with family is nightmare.

The location is perfect. You can enjoy the beauty of Nandi hills.

The rooms are really bad. I booked a delux room for around 3600 and it is an old room. The balcony is rusty. Bathroom has broken tile. It just looks like a government quarters.

The location is good.

The room was not very clean, and there were a few flies inside the room. No wifi at the place, the electronic items was making sound. The maintenance is poor.

"Overall very good experience, the location was best"

The location was the best part about the property. It’s very close to all the tourist attractions. Stay was very comfortable and the staff was polite and helpful.

We wanted to stay in a room with balcony but were not provided the same. On asking the staff mentioned that there is no availability due to peak season. Maybe if they were little bit more accommodating of our request the stay would have been exceptional.
