Balcony and fridge.

We booked an exclusive room and they downgraded us to a cheaper room, but the price stayed the same. Wifi got cut off an hour before check out time. Shower didnt get hot and you cant hang the showerhead on the wall. There were pans in the appartment, but they are not made for electric cooking, which made it impossible to get something cooking. We wanted to boil some eggs but just gave up after 1 hour. Also no toilet paper in the room. Felt like a scam.
