Basic room but clean, with a/c and a really good hot shower. Great central location close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Raju the manager was friendly and helpful.

Could have had more options for breakfast.

Location and comfortability

It is a nice place, where you can stay and get good service. Location is good, altough you cannot see the sea, its still close enough to the beach main enterance, as well as main shops, taxi place, etc. As i said, service was good, buttles of water, fruits, little shampoo and ofcourse towels. I had a lot of space and a little balcony in the de lux room.

Its all about expectations. It was quiet enough for me as the bed was comfortable, i had hot water on the shower, curtain on the window, and lock on the door so everything was good for me.

Everything. Sana on reception was very good. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again

Location is close to shops restaurants and beach.

Hotel is extremely tired and run down. Very much in need of maintenance. Mouldy bathrooms, pillows walls and ceilings. Rooms look out on to a construction site.

The staff were very helpful , especially Sana and Raju at the property. They even allowed us to store our luggage when we spent some additional time at the beach. The property is very close to Palolem Beach and those looking for water sports and bathing multiple times a day..like we did...will love it.

A little narrow street , hence parking vehicle like a hired taxi for disembarking should be done carefully. It can get crowded on weekends.

Everything was perfect!! Very clean, spacious rooms with AC and fridge!! Nice bathroom! Room service on point! The restaurant at the hotel is so amazing! Very good value for the money!
