Crystall Goa, Onyx Edition

Clean, central location and staff were great. In particular, Sana, Raju, Sagar and Ashwin were very helpful.

The staff, room, location and the restaurant below were all perfect. Sana welcomed us and was extremely helpful when I had an issue with one of my flights. The room, whilst basic was spacious, clean, comfortable, had a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and plenty of space to store our clothes. The bathroom fine. the shower was lovely and warm and there were complimentary toiletries and clean towels provided. We had a great big balcony with a table and chairs. My mother in law had a smaller room but was perfectly suitable for her requirements. The restaurant below (Singh's) served breakfast, lunch and dinner and we never had a disappointing meal there. All off the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. I would highly recommend Crystall Onyx for your stay in Palolem. It is perfectly located to the shops, beach (2 min walk) and the other bars and restaurants that Palolem has to offer. Thank you Sana and team for making our stay a happy one

The only thing that I would say (that is no fault of the hotel) is that sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy (dog bark or the occasional car horn). Its nothing that a set of earplugs can't sort. Once I put them in, I had a great sleep as the bed is lovely and comfortable.

Very noisy with dogs n Cockerell , that was back room. No balcony on my 1st floor rm My room. Shower didnt drain well n very slippy.

The deluxe double room was spacious, comfortable, cool, relatively quiet (for Palolem), it had a working smart TV which felt like a luxury, the staff were lovely, helpful and attentive.

The only criticism is that you have to walk through a restaurant to get to reception which can be a little confusing. But other than that - it was amazing!

I had a fantastic stay at Crystel Goa onyx Edition in palolem.! The staff @Sana was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The ambiance was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. And it is very near to the palolem beach. I would say min walk Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!
