The staff were cooperative and well versed, specifically Mr Raju, down to earth and always ready to help with a heart melting smile. Great place, value for money.

5 min walk from the Palolem beach entrance, in house food is yummazing. We tried, Aloo parota, veg biryani, paneer bhurji, vegetable pizza, all were fantastic. Room service people are very helpful and available for help 24hrs, they all shud get pay upgrade for hospitality. Hot water works, TV worked for us although remote was challenging, it’s only smart TV which means u have to login ur Netflix or prime or just use YouTube

Rooms were smaller, good for 2 people but not recommended with kid

The location, proximity to the beach & multiple food and shopping options around.

The room had an asbestos roof which caused the room to turn into a furnace in the afternoon in spite of AC running at 17 deg, balcony did not have a concrete floor, for that matter entire room was made of plywood, no concrete cement walls. The in house restaurant was over priced & food was bad. Staff had to be called multiple times for a single thing, not very proactive or cooperative. There is no room service for food. The hotel has no proper entrance, it is thru the restaurant & chances are that you will obviously miss it.

The staff was very friendly. Especially the lady in the reception. Rooms are nice and clean. Walking distance to the beach. Great value for money

There is a restaurant on site breakfast excellently presented, tasty,and good value.choice wa good for our 10 days.

It is a lively place outside horns, dogs barking chicken crowing and cows mooing noises expected in India That's why we go

Location was perfect and the staff fabulous.
