Palolem Luxuries Beach Cottages

Except from the view the hotel is completely worthless!It was a complete waste of money for us.They charged ₹7000 per night and didn't provide us with even the basic facilities.The lock of one of our rooms was broken and when asked to call the mechanic to fix it, the staff flatly refused.The rooms were not cleaned the next day and the staffs were completely unresponsive.There were several powercuts throughout the day and even at night, no breakfast was available even after placing order for it multiple times, the fan was not working and for some time water was also not available. The staffs were unbothered and showed complete unprofessional behavior. If I am paying such a high price I expect equally good service but we were left completely disappointed. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever again!Horrible experience!

Lovved the stay at Palolem Beach Resorts. We had the sea-facing room on upper deck over the restaurant and it was just fantastic! The cafe/shack/restaurant is the best part of the property - the staff is welcoming, courteous, easy-going and the food is great! Sitting by the ocean sipping a cold beer and relaxing on the beach overlooking the Palolem Bay is a fabulous experience, especially when you have great company! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The overall property is well-done and nicely maintained, the owners are lovely people too. We would definitely repeat staying here!
