The view from our room was amazing! The room was clean

The pillows was too hard. The music next door sounded like it was in the room and did not stop until after 12am..h

E9veryone was extremely helpful, good humoured and fun.The maids were so accomadating and did washing quickly and cheaply

Bathrooms were not great, hot water was sporadic. The bathrooms needed painting, no shelf for products and shower was tricky tonuse

Delightful cottage, perfect place to pause

Whenever we go palolem our first priority is palolem luxury cottage, because it is very beautiful and cool place. This is our second time stay. Also room is fiilling too fast during holidays so try to do advance booking. No parking issue, and property is on road side. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even owner Mr. Aman is very helpful for any work. Property has own taxi service with cheaper price and taxi is available 24 x 7. Room Rate is worthy. You can spend whole night on swing chair.

the place is nice, the beach is nearby, the resort itself looks really cosy, especially on the photos

the staff need to be trained how to communicate with the guests, starting with my arrival, there was slow respond to my request to meet me, the bedlinen and towels were dirty or washed badly in the room, so I had to ask to replace them the wi-fi wasn't working, and nobody cared to fix it
