"Very Very bad experience with the Manager for giving the confirmed room."

Location of the resort is good it is beside the sea. Beds are good. Room cleaning team is good, room helpers are good.

The main big issue is Management, Management doesn't care about commitment to give the confirmed room. The Management is completely cheating the customers. The room which we were booked is not ready when we have reached the location. Management was failed to provide the confirmed room. Another issue in the resort is, lot of coconut trees are in the resort they are giving good natural garden experience and coolness, but the problem is management did not put the safety nets to provide safety for the customers.

"Disappointing"

The only thing I like is the location and the convenient parking.

The resort has good property but it is very poorly managed and extremely unhygienic. The space between two cottages was utilised as a dumping ground for all waste. Due to this garbage, I could literally hear dogs and rats feasting on it all night. There were frequent power cuts with no back up power. In the hot weather, it was impossible to stay inside the room during power cuts. The shack attached to the resort was a mixed bag. The second night dinner was a complete disaster due to its service and quality of food. We waited almost 1.5 hrs for food to be prepared and when it did arrive, the food was completely cold and insipid. All in all I will never book here again, given there are better options nearby.

view from the balcony was good

we had booked a sea facing room but there was no hygiene and cleanliness in that area. The rooms lights are too very dim, for getting ready it was really dark in the room even we could not open the curtain which would have affected our privacy as we had the next room immediately adjacent we had to ask the staff for every little thing.
