Everything…..name it and it was exceptional. The service,location,rooms,cleanliness everything was spot on! Kudos to the entire team. I would recommend this place to everyone who want to enjoy a leisurely stay in South Goa!

Nothing. Literally nothing. If you want to feel like you are staying at the worst hotel in the entire beach, go for it. It's dirty and has absolutely no amenities.

Everything. No intercom in the room to call room service. Water bottles provided only on day we checked in and none of the days after that. The place is dirty beyond imagination. Even the cups, plates they serve food in are old and dirty. Nobody after you check in will ever come to your room to ask if you need anything or even for cleaning. The restaurant is okayish but there are so many better options on this beach that you don't want to regret staying at this disgusting place.
