The location is exceptional and the staff are wonderful! Great restaurant with variety.

Shower a little unpredictable as was hot water...but very minor issue. Staff were very helpful

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Strong mould smell throughout and dirty crockery in cupboards. No empathy from staff when reported. Frequet power cut off happend and no power backup installed in this property. NEVER recommend this property to other.

Worst property in best ambience, they are just charging huge money in name of view; no proper hotel facilities not even toiletries, cleaning staff, they have contracted with shack restaurant for breakfast and limit is fixed from their menu with max price of 390/- so free breakfast is lie; comparative to neighboring properties this property is disgusting. Loved both neighboring properties. i.e. The Art Resort and O3

Everything, first they are not hotel as they dont have any staff no room service no kitchen no services at all. You have to repetedily request to rooms get cleaned, forget about washrooms; Shower is giving electric shocks. Overall view is awesome but property is disgusting. Better if you get same view in other neighboring properties.

The location was very close to the beach

the property was not cleaned even a single day during our 4 day stay. The linens weren’t changed either. Given that it’s a beach and sand is bound to be everywhere in the room and needs to be removed properly, it was annoying to have them say that they could only clean it during particular times.

The location and Food is excellent...One must try prawn dishes from Tyson...

Cleanliness of the room... cockroaches are moving around.. wifi was not working... Facilities inside the room were not good...No drawer or almirah for keeping clothes.. The behaviour of the staff is also not cooperating.. Too much load shedding...
