King Size Bed, Private Parking, Centrally Located

1. Close to city centre. 2. Separate access to the room from patio door. 3. Hosts were pleasant and good communicators.

1. Dogs barking, especially when I was going to the bathroom down the hall. The dogs would be at my feet as I was leaving the room. Made going to the bathroom unpleasant. 2. Had to get out of the car to unlock (and again to lock) the gates to the property. 3. Had to contact the host before opening the gates (for fear that the dogs may get out onto the street). 4. No tea making facilities in the room. 5. The house had a strong dog odour.

Hosts (Cathy & Kate) are extremely kind, supportive, cooperative and humble. I would never meet pretty ladies like them. House Facilities are in a great condition. Location is too close from the city center, historical places, and shopping malls. I can not find words to express my gratitude regarding the stay, and the house owners. Dogs are very beautiful and kind. People shall find happiness there. I believe that all travelers would repeat their stay there. Thank you for everything :)

Nothing. All was perfect. Clean place, easy access for all places. too kind people. warm place. clean areas. Free WiFi. Hot water all time.

Beautiful large room with a wood burning stove , french doors to the garden lovely comfortable king sized bed great hosts and of course cute doggies 🐕

Cathy and Kate were amazing hosts. Giving you space of needed, but also invited you to a tea and a little chat in the kitchen. Felt like home and they made sure that you felt comfortable anytime. The dogs made the stay unforgettable for me. Well behaved and always there if you wanted to cuddle them. Could not recommend this place enough!

Nothing! Wish i could have stayed longer

Within walking distance of downtown Kilkenny. A nice relaxing walk over the river. The hosts are wonderful, their dogs, great characters. If you are a dog person, it just adds to the stay.

Nothing, I hope to visit again, next time for a longer stay.

The hosts Cathy and Kate were wonderful and very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with them. They gave us recommendations on restaurants to try and what to see in Kilkenny. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was regularly cleaned too. This is an old house with very unique antique vibes. They have parking space if you are travelling by car. And the dogs! 9 of them!

The dogs were kept out of guests rooms but the common areas do smell strongly of dogs. I got used to it quickly and did not mind but obviously do not stay here if you don't love dogs.

Lovely garden bedroom with separate access. Owner friendly and offered many cups of tea !You would have to like dogs to stay here ,we do ,so it felt like a home from home.
