Lakeview Resort Lavasa

Location was easy to find. Viewes were good. Food was great. Decent WiFi speed

The service was pathetic. I was carrying our bags and they didn't even bother to ask if they could help. From a distance he said, "that's your room near the restaurant and here is the key". I Went with the luggage and opened the door and we got in. No room service. There is a sit out area near the Lake which you can see in the photographs. I asked for 2 cofees and asked to serve it there, which would be hardly 20 feet from the restaurant. The guy said "we can't. If you want then you can carry it yourself". I canceled the order. At the time of checkout the food bills were not ready. We had to wait till the guy fetches the bills. Over all a so so experience.

Wifi and TV not working. Don’t provide room service for food. No cleaning after guests spoiled the garden area at night.

The location was good. However the approach Road wasn't. The restaurant opens very late. No morning coffee or tea was possible before breakfast time. Overall average rating.

I had to ask for a door mat, trash can. Restaurant opens very late. The generator sound should your sleep. Lot of steps to go to the room and come back to the road.

I am discounting the lavasa beauty.

Rooms were stinking with smell of dampness.....worst possible washrooms...mannerless staff..

No powerbackup no lake view from room,no wifi,no electricity.

Scenery.

There was hardly any body staying and their kitchen was closed. Each person gave different timings. We managed to get sandwich and tea.around 11am instead of breakfast as they close at 11am .Then we went for campus visit to Christ . We came by by 3 pm.But no lunch was served as they are closed by 3 pm . But no snacks too will be served till 5 pm. We left lavasa and went to Pune even though we had paid for the room. The bathrooms had centipedes crawling about . As only two or three rooms were occupied they did not have much work and hence kitchen also kept closed. As we travelled from Pune, and lavasa does not have any restaurants at least the in-house restaurant must have flexible time . Bathrooms should be kept clean. Staff , were polite but not at all helpful. They looked unhappy .

I liked the location of the property.

Room size was small for a couple and infant to stay. No mineral water bottle was provided within the room. Especially the washroom was too small with no amenities in the washroom like (Toilet paper, Handwash). Poor hospitality and service.
