Only the location and view from garden. Garden and lake side view is USP.

Almost everything didn't like. First of all it's a cottage not resort. No resort level facilities. No intercom available. Food taste and quality poor and not as per price. AC only in 1 family room. Free water is too low compared to any hotel/resort. Extra bottle charges high from MRP. Site shows breakfast included but at booking it is removed and we also didn't notice this game. Mountain view from room mentioned in the booking but no such view, only from garden view is visible. Very basic services/amenities missing. Price varies, a family got same room in 3000 (inclusive tax) we are charged 3500 + tax

I arrived late in the night and they told me that my reservation is not valid and they don't have a room for me. That made me upset after all-day long ride that I had to look for another accommodation.

The location is great, on the bank of the lake. The garden is well maintained. There are adventure activities.

The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small. No space to keep your luggage. Wifi was available for a few hours during one night only, during our two nights stay. There is a tv, but no channels are subscribed. It would have been better if an electric kettle was provided in the room. The restaurant opens at 8:30 am so we had to wait for tea and breakfast till then. The room was called "Mountain View", but you can get the view through a 1.5'X3' slot, and after sliding the window pane which is translucent!

The location is ideal and the food tasted good. Nice lawn for relaxing

It took a really long time for the food to be ready and we had to followup even for drinking water. The staff has no value for customers' time and they have a very casual approach. No room service is available and even after intimating the food requirements beforehand we were served food very late. Really got irritated with the poor service.

Location is perfect. Staff is good. Restaurant is good. Parking space is good. Overall good location and restaurant but not at all good room

Negatives - 1. Room size 2. hot water not available 24x7 3. We expect Kettle at this price 4. flush was not working properly 5. There is no lake view from inside room
