Il Barilotto

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Il Barilotto sehr genossen. Die Atmosphäre war äußerst herzlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der italienische Charme war unvergleichbar, das Frühstück sehr lecker und der Ausblick traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und der Shuttle-Service ins Zentrum ist absolut praktisch. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren modern und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This is a family run hotel. They put their heart into it. The room was clean and modern. We had the special room with a terrace and a hot tub. The room had a wonderful view of the sea and the downtown of Positano. The hotel provides a shuttle to town and back. You get an amazing breakfast with a variety of foods, way too much. :) There is a nice restaurant within walking distance.

I would say that we liked it a lot. I can't think of anything negative. The family that runs the hotel was very helpful and nice.

This family run hotel is so welcoming, it is the staff who make it special. They arranged for us to have dinner twice in local restaurants with a taxi to take us there and back, and both were among the best of our two week holiday. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat with an amazing view of Positano and we loved the little private terrace outside our room with the same view. Beds were so comfy and great air conditioning. The hotel provides regular mini bus trips to Positano and back at appointed hours - and not appointed hours if staff are availabe as it is a walk to Positano. We'd go back.

The weather - it rained while we were there but this is beyond the control of the hotel!

Absolutely everything the staff and the owner Gianni are like a family to everyone and more than accommodating.. from arranging us a driver to go eat at a restaurant at night, picking us up and bringing us back at no charge to giving us a bottle of wine without us having to go for it and the most incredible breakfast ever everything was perfect

There was not one con on this property or its staff. They are 10 stars in my book.

The property felt very homey and Giovanni and the staff were very hospitable. The hotel was a little outside of town which meant it was a little quieter and the room had an excellent view of the water. Giovanni gave us a ride to/from town during shuttle times and one day when we needed to get to town early, he opened breakfast for us early. Breakfast was incredible. I would highly recommend Il Barilotto for the smaller B&B feeling. We felt very cared for here.

Family owned and operated hotel, makes you feel at home but with all the facilities of a well furnished, clean, luxury hotel.

Would have appreciated extra two bars of soap.
