The location is good as it's within walking distance from Haram.

Washrooms are not clean and very bad lighting in washroom. Small beds are made for kids. Adults legs will hang outside. Washroom gets extremely slippery upon taking shower. Roaches in the washroom. Drainage system is clogged, water drains very slowly. Bed bugs in mattress. Plus there is very bad smell in the corridors upstairs, where the rooms are located. Overall will not recommend this hotel to westerners or anyone who cares about hygiene.

The Environment, Location, Facilities and All staffs are very welcoming and providing their best services, espcially Mr.Abdul Latif , front officer he made check in easy and smoothly event when I come late at around 11.30 pm.
