"I called the reception to send tissue box their is no tissue box in the room they said me they will send I waited almost"

"Great Stay Near Haram with Excellent Service"

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mecca. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our stay relaxing after long days. The location is excellent—very close to the Haram, making it extremely convenient for prayers. A special thanks to Mr. Saif for his kindness and hospitality. He was very accommodating and graciously allowed us a late checkout at 5 PM, which we truly appreciated. Overall, everything about our stay was great, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mecca.

The only minor downside during our stay was some construction noise from a nearby hotel. This was outside the control of the property, but it did cause a bit of disturbance at times

الإقامة كانت بفضل الله تعالى رائعة الفندق موقعة ممتاز 10دقائق سيرا على الاقدام الى الحرم الغرف نظيفة والأثاث مجدد تحتوى على ركن الشاى والقهوة موظفو خدمة الغرف على مستوى عال من الكفاءة اتعمل لمكاتب الأمامية على تسهيل عملية تسجيل الدخول و الخروج اخص بالذكر الاستاذ محمد سيف الدين واشكره على المتابعة وجعل اقامتنا مريحة هذة هى الإقامة الثالثة لى بالفندق والمس تطورا ملحوظا في كل مرة وان شاء الله اكرر التجربة
