Staff was great, very good location near the Haram, perfect if you have small children.

Moving baggage can be difficult as the road is blocked by police during prayer times. This is not the fault of the hotel but something to bear in mind. The hotel staff were very helpful as they moved our luggage down the road to our car. Very pleased about that.

The hotel was very clean. Nice environment. Distance from Haram just 5 minutes by walk.

Toilet cleaning was not very good.
