This property is just a 10 minute by walk from the prayer areas outside gates of Masjid Al Haram. The entire staff was extremely polite including the manager, Mohammad Seif, and they genuinely care about their customers. Great customer experience & value for money!

A firm soap dispenser and the hot water in the shower could have perfected my stay - but I didn’t report these tiny issues as hotel’s stunning location and the staff hospitality outweighed everything. Further, their staff asked about my stay & needs everyday!
