INVery good staff.. ready to help always. Swimming pool was amazing. Food was served on time and it was delicious! Swimming pool was clean and had comfortable washrooms...
Approach road did not have any signs. It will be useful if the signboard is there.
INEverything was perfect. The ambience, food, cleanliness, everything was up to the mark.
The locatiin. Its too too far from the city. It approx 24 kms from main shillong city. If you dont have your own car you will be stucked in tha property. Its absolutely single property in that area.

I booked the room at 11:30 pm on 27th April. I was requested to make payment by the property. It did not give me any deadline for the payment. I received a message next morning that my booking was cancelled due to non-payment. I called the property at the number mentioned in the communication. I was making a request to accept the payment and keep the booking on. But, the person receiving the call informed me that the booking was cancelled and cut the line. This was highly unprofessional. I booked some other accommodation by some other channel. I never had such an experience in enumerable booking through Booking.com in last five years.

SGA beautiful quant property in the hills. Loved the view of hills, green fields from the room and balcony. Mr Jiten was very friendly, was attentive and available every time we needed him. The new pool will be an exciting feature. Loved the trek, star gazing from the balcony and just the jungle sound in the night. The food was tasty and oddly satisfying. Can’t wait to be back.
