Hotel Al Azrah

The hotel is located in a decent area of Srinagar surrounded by some very good restaurants in close proximity. The hotel has a nice garden too. Yet the hotel price is very reasonable. Good value for money. The owner is a good english speaking gentleman who is always willing to help.

The breakfast was average. The stairs were very steep.

Price was good, garden was pretty, and meal was good. They were extremely nice!

All pictures had a shower, but our room didn’t. The pictures of the rest of the room were deceiving. The towels smelled a bit musty.

No water for taking shower before we proceed to airport. late check out though agreed earlier, last minute they asked to leave as they have new bookings.

location is heart of city, outside cleanliness is good , well maintained garden.

Though they agreed verbally for 2 hours late checkout, last minute they asked us to check out as per room terms. The water was not available to take a shower before we leave for airport.

Amazing property and owner was very polite. Clean and maintained property. This is kind of home away home. And food was also amazing.

Food served at dinner was average.

Breakfast and dinner are good. though it takes like 1 hr to provide anything when you order. The bigger room size is good. Good thing was that they allowed us to leave the luggage at the desk as we had a late flight. Over all, it's a decent place to stay.

The rooms and bathrooms are not that clean and posh (as it looks in photos). Service is bad. Anything you order, it will take 1 hr to deliver.

The food quality & the lawn

Service time is too long (90 minutes), Shoes not allowed till room entrance, no power backup available in daytime
