The property is situated in a good area, close to major attractions and airport. The hosts were very welcoming, service was prompt. They gave good recommendations for food and tourist attractions nearby. They sell some local merchandise, we liked the quality and price for those as well. The rooms were as described. The garden area is beautiful and perfect for some quality time with family.

This hotel is in safest and good Locality. Many restaurants are nearby. We stayed here for 2 Nights in my 10 Day Journey to Kashmir. I stayed their for my last 2 Nights. I stayed in around 3 ro 4 Hotel's with much high prices but Al Azrah Price Cleanliness, Ambience, Staff and Owner were the best. My son was also ill due to travel all day. I called them around midnight. To my surprise Mr. Abdul himself came to our room. He called some doctor at that time and provided us medicines. We will be always thankful to him for this gesture. During your travel to Kashmir, their are high chances you might get sick due to travel and all. I was so panicked but how Mr.Abdul handled the situation treating me as his own family, I was really touched. This is the best place for families. Please don't think. Go for it. This is like a home away from home.
