Inadequate power back up, food quality could be better

The room was very nice. The nearby tea house and shop were great.

Every thing was good. Masala chai is a must try.

Tissue roll and exhaust should be installed in the bathroom.

This hidden gem is in the middle of Raj Bagh. Perfect location! The property is surrounded by beautiful houses, and in the far distance you can see the mountains. My room overlooked a beautifully maintained garden - with lots of roses and an anar tree. The view itself was very calming and feel-good, a reminder that I am in Kashmir. The room was very neat and clean and spacious. The room decor was tastefully done, looked the same as in the pictures. This one had an AC too. Although it was never required, because the weather was so pleasant that we used the fan and had to actually use the blankets at night. I am a vegetarian and surprisingly the veg food that I ordered was on point. Haak saag was as it should be - authentic kashmiri recipe, reminded me of my childhood days in Kashmir. The rest of the food items were delicious as well. I was so glad they had their own kitchen and were able to dish out pretty much everything we ordered freshly prepared. All of this under very reasonable room pricing and the food was affordable too. I hope they maintain this in the future as well...

There is always room for some improvement. I would suggest them to install flymesh balcony doors - so that we can enjoy the cool fresh air without allowing houseflies in.

Disappointing. The room was without basics e.g. kettle. When we requested not staying the receptionist Started shouting at us. we have stayed in many hotels We apologize in case you have an issue. but This hotel was the first ever which was not ready to adjust or make any changes. The breakfast served was uncooked parathas. Highly recommend others to avoid booking such a hotel incase of an emergency as you have to pay even if you don't stay. after reading the truth about their accommodation. the management is writing fake .so unprofessional that they don't accept the truth to improve further.

The hotel staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. I would love to stay here on my next visit.

The owners is friendly..but price seems bit high compared to the provisions they provided. You may get better rooms at this price near dal lake. This place is bit far from dal lake approx to 4 km.
