"Bad experience in kashmir hotel"

Nothing of the hotel is good. I dint had my room which I booked. Never stay in this hotel.

Hotel room was not the same which i booked. Toilet was not clean. Constantly water leak from cistern (flusher). Taps are not good. Water runs very slow. Hot gets switched off by the hotel staff. One day power was switched off from 6am to 6pm. Towels was low quality, water doesn't get suck. Stain marks on towels and ripped of towels like floor rug. Never stay in this, even to try for night. It will be regretting. Waste of money. TV is just for show. Far distance from the socket, cannot be plug in.

"Comfortable, friendly and safe stay in Srinagar"

The best part is that the hotel owner Abrar is super helpful and friendly. He took care of us like a family. The hotel is in a central location and within the vicinity of other Mamta group of hotels and thus it's safe and secured. Strongly recommended for your stay at Srinagar They also gave us recommendations on some offbeat locations to visit like Yusmarg and arranged a taxi for us with a great driver..

The hotel does not have a lift, if that is your criteria then you can think otherwise everything is superb.
