I like staff of hotel. Owner himself Abrar is great person. The rooms was spacious. Rooms are clean with amazing views. The service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and cooperative We had booked this hotel for 1 day but surprisingly we extended our stay here.

Very hospitable and friendly staffs

Worst experience ever through booking.com, I don't know how they have such good rating because the experience was pathetic. Day 1 - wifi, geyser, and heater not working Day 2 - wife solved, but still heater was not working. On day 3 when we were going to leave the hotel then they provided us 2 different rooms. I would not recommend any one to choose this hotel, the charges are very high as compared to the facility they are providing plus the bathrooms were very unclean and smelly.

We liked the staff and the facilities. Definitely a great value for the money, and we highly recommend doing the city tour with Gulzal.

There were power outages and the wifi signal could be better.
