Great location ! Friendly staff :) Close to all the best restaurants in town and the surfing spots.

modern building. tucked away from the street and a great location near shops, food, and the beach. easy check in experience and very friendly hosts. has free wifi, AC unit, and a ceiling fan which is nice in the hot weather. the rooms are very large comparted to most places.

air conditioning didn't work in the first room. they were kind enough to change rooms for us. I know this is a tropical location but there were a lot of ants in the rooms. beds were pretty firm and they only provide a thin sheet as a blanket. we had two rooms and both rooms has a shower drain that did not drain well and water backed up and flooded the bathrooms floors as we showered. also, a minor detail but the front door has frosted glass and lets in light from the porch lights that are not able to be turned off. a bit annoying if you're a light sensitive sleeper.

The staff was great and very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable for the price. They agreed for late check in, I arrived to Sri Lanka late at night because of my flight. Entered immediately to my room at 4 in the morning.

There wasn’t hot water, although I didn’t asked the staff about it because it was hot and I didn’t had much problem with it.

It's right next to the beach

Black mold on the walls. The surfaces were sticky and dusty. The room is tiny. I could feel the mattress' spring in my back. And that is all for a high price for Weligama.

Amazing location - right on the main beach front. Plenty of surfing activities, shopping, restaurants, and massage places. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No mosquitos, plenty of phone charging sockets on walls.
