Procedure for payment was not clear - how/ who/ when to pay.

While the price was tempting and the organiser patiently waited for our late check-in, several significant issues marred our stay. The property was misrepresented; it's located in Riverwood, not Bankstown, and is ridiculously small. The accommodation suffered from numerous maintenance problems: a leaking shower head, a cracked bathroom sink, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and a bar fridge inconveniently placed and obstructed. The lack of air conditioning (only a ceiling fan in 34-degree heat) was unacceptable. The shared kitchen was cluttered and resembled a hoarding room. The driveway was congested with parked cars, hindering access. Furthermore, there was no iron (requiring a purchase), no tissues, and a camera directly facing the entrance, raising serious privacy concerns. The overall condition of the property was far below acceptable standards for comfortable accommodation. I believe there should be stricter regulations governing the minimum standards of comfort and habitability for rental properties. I would not stay here again.

Had parking. We were not bothered by anyone

Room not clean. Person in charge forgot our discussion about early check in. We had to wait 4 hours before we could leave our stuff. If this was not the case we could have went on with plans before going to flat. Shared kitchen was dirty and plates and bowls used by someone else were left in the sink.

Convenient location and private space.

There were ants everywhere (coming in from outside) and no dedicated parking space.
