Off street parking. Dryer did not work. The shared kitchenette was part of laundry and cleaning supplies. Payment is direct to the property owner via cash or bank transfer, not via booking.com, not advised by booking.com. Things such as tissues, dishwashing liquid, tea towels, and face washers are not standard. The small heater is loud, and I could not hear the TV. Walls thin. Can hear neighbours movement, TV. No reverse cycle airconditioner, despite the fan present, would be hot in summer. I had to ask the host three times for his name, very reserved, otherwise nice, quiet man.

The location was great, it was just what we needed for a 2 night stay, good value for money, was seperate from the house so we didn't feel like we were intruding

was quite small but that's what we paid for, the bathroom was clean but not super clean, no extra towels ect provided in the wardrobe, parking was on the street in front of house

Cute small room, love that it's got a bathroom and a big TV right at the end of the bed and host gave us our privacy

It was hard to contact the host once we arrived and ended up having to knock on the window was a bit uncomfortable but was then let straight into the room, the bed mattress was also quite uncomfortable but still manageable, I would also recommend a microwave in here and some water glasses. (:

I had to climb over the bed to get in but only minor.

Large bed, clean, large bathroom, easy walking access to railway station for airport and other destinations, plenty shops and coffee shops nearby (short walk); easy payment system via PayID; small room fridge (no freezer); and jug in room.

Kitchen in open area on back of main house; utensils are sort of adequate for purpose; room is really just a place to sleep; blind slats don't close fully. Was good for one night, not sure I'd use it if staying 'home' for extended period as a bit crampy.
