The breakfast was well good, no complains

This is one of the best B+B's we have stayed in. Modern, immaculate comfortable rooms decorated to a high standard. Ample tea and coffee with free bottled water if required. Ideally located a short stroll from west cliff or the waterfront. On street paeking (nominal fee of £5 covered our 2 night stay) Full cooked breakfast is well worth the £10 fee Could not fault guest house in any way. Kerry and Jason were most helpful and you can tell they have peide in their business. Would defonately stay here again, great value for money.

Great location. The rooms are lovely. Owners are friendly. Parking permit £5 for two days is very handy. I didn’t take the option of breakfast this time but if you do you won’t be disappointed as it’s fantastic.

It wasn’t far too walk to the pubs as we just came for a spontaneous night away the bed was really comfortable

I can’t think of anything that we disliked

Very welcoming, couple. The room was first class with freshly cut flowers that made the room smell lovely each time you walked into it. Looking forward to a return visit and would definitely recommend.
